| The_Hat 07/24/21 1:03:26 AM #1: | Hello everyone! Tomorrow night I will be doing an educational stream where I teach the fundamentals of 3D modeling. This requires 0 previous experience and will serve as an introduction to the software and creating your first few models! I will start the Twitch stream at 11:55pm PST 7/24/2021 (Just about 26 hours from this post) here: https://www.twitch.tv/mattthehat If you would like to participate, please download and install the FREE software Blender (I use 2.8 but any version should be fine) before the stream. Blender is a professional 3D modeling software that is quickly becoming an industry standard. https://www.blender.org/download/lts/2-83/ Why am I doing this? I feel like many people want to get into 3D model making/game creation/whatever but they see the software and get overwhelmed while trying to begin on their own, so my hope is to bridge that gap and help people get started! After the stream is over I will also be passing out (and posting here) a curated playlist of next step lessons.
