charmander6000 07/22/21 2:51:49 PM #43:	Pretty much, the last time two European nations won a medal in the same men's tournament was in 1992 while at the World Cup the last time we only had a single European nation on the podium was 1978. Add in the fact that we just had the Euro Cup and there isn't much of an appetite for them to take it seriously. Men's football is really only there to play lip service because not having the world's most popular sport at the Olympics would be weird. Tennis is pretty depleted, we are missing half the top players who declined (some due to injury).
