Also that piano remix of In the future you can use the Party Finder for stuff like that and it'll fill faster. Extreme Trials (Minstrel's Ballad's are a subset of those) typically get run via people joining premade parties in Party Finder and going in manually. It also allows you to unsync it (allow people to go in above the normal level/item cap) which is how people typically do outdated fights in this game. And if you want to experience it as intended you can find people to do it that way as well. If you advertise newbie bonus you'll probably get takers either way.
