Except for the ONE ring, of course.

Hah. I was coming in to say it didn't matter how many Rings you had, because if you had the One, it would eventually subvert you and you'd fall under Sauron's control and would wind up with no power in the end.

But you sidestepped that particular trap!

You'd still be screwed, though. Because the Ringwraiths are all kings who once held and wielded the Nine Rings and wound up being controlled by Sauron, because that's the power he holds over all the Rings and those who hold them (which is why he's literally known as "The Lord of the Rings" - the series is named after him).

If you're human (and we all are - none of us are elves or dwarves), we'd eventually be brought down by even a single Ring, and become his slave.

According to DnD you can't wear more than one ring per hand, so, you might need some extra hands hidden away somewhere.

Even though D&D stole most of its ideas from LotR (and the rest from Jack Vance and Michael Moorcock), D&D rules don't retroactively apply to LotR. There was never an explicit "one ring per hand" or "artifact slot" or "attunement" rules in LotR.

In theory, if you got all 20 Rings (or any number of lesser rings, which DID exist), you could theoretically wear them.

And then you'd look like this:

That's too much power for one person.

No one man should have all that power.
