Oh, for sure. But I tend to blame that on the seduction of Melisandre, more than anything. He is just too easily swayed by her, in the end. Without my boy Davos there to right the ship, he was doomed to succumb to her manipulations.

Yeah, he definitely doesn't have charisma, but something about his insight into Jon Snow and his respect for him really inspired confidence in me that he was, in this terribly dark and broken world, a better leader than most. Which is insane, I realize, when I take a step back and really examine things. That's a testament to the writing, I guess!
