Going in with all the Overdrives already learned means you can't get tons of overdrives during the fight just from doing lancet over and over. Learning a new overdrive fills your bar. And buffing Kimarhi up makes the fight harder as the boss' stats are based on yours so victory is always possible. "You're not me! You can't say Blue is better than red! That;s opinion!" isn't a retort to that, especially considering you're openly claiming you died over and over and over on an incredibly easy fight.
