There's a point where you have to fight two bosses with just him. This is kind of bad advice Minor spoilers: That boss's stats are based on Kimarhi's so how strong he is doesn't matter, and you can learn almost every Lancet overdrive from them So if you go in missing several Ronso Rages, you get repeated overdrives by just doing Lancet on them.
