I think it's more of the fact that she's really enjoying doing this.
I heard that all 3 of them were successful elsewhere before they joined NijiEN but I didn't actually do any research into who they were before.

It still seems bonkers to me that people are willing to give up a successful, traditional career to pursue a riskier endeavor where they might not have income from it in ten years. It's still such a fledgling industry.

Granted, I guess employers are also more likely to overlook women leaving the workforce for a few years than men.
