Sure, but if it's self-aware in a "We are the baddies!" way that's even worse, and it's still a message. The other thing is, it's also very clearly a LeBron James vanity project, and LeBron of course is opposed to Don Cheadle aka HBO Max. So you really can't get around that mess. Edit: By which I mean, it's obviously a meta joke that Movie LeBron doesn't want to work with WB despite Real LeBron literally being in a movie by WB, but it's totally pointless.
