| _PandaMaster_ 07/16/21 9:36:47 PM #27: | Yeah, Space Jam 1 was a quintessential "right place/right time movie" and worked as a result. -Jordan just won a championship -Jordan was actually considered likable back then -Looney Tunes were still popular, though I wouldn't call it "prime Looney Tunes" -Yes, it was a cashgrab, but it had heart oozing from every orifice -Lola Bunny Meanwhile, Space Jam 2..... -Features an overrated, unlikable player who just got embarrassingly dumped from the playoffs(and didn't even have the sportsmanship to congratulate the opponents) -Looney Tunes are no longer popular(with modern audiences) or even relevant -No one asked for it(to be fair, no one asked for the first one either) -There's no "heart" in the product, and even as a cashgrab, it doesn't really work -Whatever abomination is being called "Lola Bunny" Should have made Space Jam 2 while the Warriors Dynasty was alive.
