The fact that we even need to have a spreadsheet like this to warn people not to rank certain characters up every time they release new ranks is so dumb. Even as a player who doesn't care about PvP at all and only kind of cares about CB because I'm in it with you guys, my characters can still be made worse even for story battles if I don't follow the guide.
