| masterpug53 07/13/21 11:40:45 AM #177: | One tip of spoiler-free advice, TC: even though Blitzball is available to play as a sidequest after Luca, I'd highly recommend saving it until the endgame. Point is, there's a lot of great 'free agent' players around the world - specific NPCs who can be recruited to play for the Aurochs, and many of them have much better stats than the existing Aurochs (I'd recommend using a guide or faq for this particular aspect, or asking us for advice when the time comes). The problem is, after every blitzball game there's a recruitment round where other teams randomly lose, gain and / or trade players; there's always a chance that these great free agents can get snagged up by other teams, after which the odds are severely against you that they'll ever be free agents / recruitable again. tl;dr - don't play any optional Blitzball games until you reach the endgame; read a faq / ask here for advice about the best free agents to recruit so you can start the season with a strong team, and travel around recruiting them before any of the other teams have a chance to. --- Simple questions deserve long-winded answers that no one will bother to read. https://imgur.com/eW67nT8 - Artwork by Wii_Shaker ...
