If that's what you have ready to go, try a team of Miyako, Nozomi, Shiori, and (once you get her Summer version ranked up a bit more) both versions of Kokkoro. Normal Kokkoro has good enough defense to take hits like a semi-tank and she can heal herself with her UB, so you just have to time Summer Kokkoro's UB to use it when Shiori's health is lowest to make sure she survives.
