That was bad for a number of reasons: They didn't even address the issue, let alone give an apology or compensation When I wrote to them about it, they just sent some automated reply back I told them that I bought stuff solely because I was expecting to get Pleinair, and they said they wouldn't refund me (luckily Apple did) Later I discovered that the same thing happened in the JP release.
