If you really want to hedge you can just sell the put out at like Aug 13 or Aug 20 for $825 for $4100 or $4900 depending on whether you wanna hold through earnings or not. It's the easiest money in the world. Well actually selling 30 $29 puts on FUBO is easier but we can't all believe in the FUBO revolution. If you get assigned you basically got the stock for $815 (or $784 or $775). If you don't get assigned then you get $1000 (or $4100 or $4900) for free. I mean me, having the willpower to not invest $80k for a month seems like an amazing way to just get $4k monthly income, especially since if you get the stock your money is gonna double in a few years. But yeah the key is you never buy that put back. It kinda dummy proofs you buying the dip properly because you're being paid a premium to avoid having to time it yourself. The risk is the stock moons when you don't own it but given your use of stop gains you'll never stick around for a true mooning anyway. --- No problem!
