It's kinda hard to get tired of isekai in that it's usually just a set-up for a series, although there are general scenarios that I can see people getting bored of and I guess some tropes can wear thin.

On a related note, I was just thinking about isekai featuring people pulled from multiple universes. Other than Isekai Quartet (which goes even further in isekai'ing people from isekai anime) and obviously Shield Hero, are there any isekai where you have a cast of people from different worlds?

Oh, and I tried to look up Channel Zero on Hulu (not an anime -- it's a Syfy series featuring creepypasta), and one of the episode results was for an episode ("Masturbation Quest") from an anime (Shimoneta) I'd never heard of. And, because of the wonky way Hulu formats things, I initially thought the anime was called that.
