This second one (got it on Thursday) was also sore arm, but added in upper body aches (lower body was fine weirdly), mild fever, headache, a little dizzy, and very fatigued. Mostly better today, just a sore neck and tired, but yesterday was fairly rough. --- Not changing this sig until the Winnipeg Blue Bombers win the grey cup.
