One of the first steps is some upside down image copying, because its easier to disassociate from what you think the image should look like (or something like that). Its not perfect, but its always better than you think itll be when youre doing it. It also forces me to take it slow, which I often have trouble doing. I have another one (besides the starter one), but Im a bit iffy on posting it.
