It's what Vince wanted when they tried to turn Emma into Emmalina. Then later with Mandy Rose. Then they dropped that to try it with Carmella instead. It's not a coincidence that Carmella's latest push as "sultry blonde" stopped when they shifted it over to Eva Marie (even if she's red instead of blonde, everything else is the same). I think they may have flirted with putting Liv Morgan into that role as well at one point.
