| xenosaga 06/21/21 9:53:02 PM #2: | One of the things I've been toiling away at is turning an old GameBoy inspired illustration from a few years back into a deck of playing cards. I've kind of casually collected decks for a while and always wanted to make one; figured no time like the present. https://i.imgur.com/G6R5f2j.png I played around with the idea of custom suits (Carts, Buttons, Batteries, Dpad), but ended up just going with the standard hearts/diamonds/clubs/spades in the interest of the cards not being completely unplayable. https://i.imgur.com/fN3fAQf.png The 2-10 cards are fairly standard, the face cards are carts styled after different top games/series for the system, the Aces are the different systems, and Jokers are the Printer and Camera. I have a few cards I want to redo the lineart for and not sure if I'll leave the face cards as lineart or add some sort of shading, but getting about there on the overall design. --- thcam ruz elliw red ...
