Topic	So 1 fl oz of water does not weigh 1 oz in American customary units?

Other factors like temperature, pressure and density aside of course. Because it does in the imperial system and the metric system (within a ridiculously small margin of error). In the US system 1 fl oz of water is ~1.04 oz.
