You see it from actors, Instagram fitness influencers, some YouTubers, and so on. It make regular people have unrealistic expectations. If you're on steroids, just say so. Way too many regular people are starting to think that they can look like Captain America within a few months of going to the gym when that's not the case at all. --- His foundation lie in the holy mountain.
