Topic	$1000,000 or being able to eat as much as you want without health issues?

If I had an iron stomach I could eat whatever and not have to worry about getting fat or sick. There are so many foods I hold off on because I'm concerned about putting on weight. There are so many times I have gone to a tropical country and had terrible diarrhea and vomiting.
