I would say that GameFAQs doesn't have as much of a problem as they could be, but there's still some sketchy people who are worth keeping an eye on.

The whole internet has a paedo problem, but yeah, it's probably slightly less so on here compared to like tik tok or youtube where there are blatant pedofiles leaving dodgy comments on young people's posts that don't get removed, or nobody seems to do anything about.

Maybe it's because there are next to no young people on here, or maybe because more people are vocally against the grey areas that people seem to argue about. Either way, you're right that it shouldn't be welcomed.
