It has the same smell as when it was ruled by Melbu Frahma, the Wingly director. Thinks the world is too easy which leads to devolution. The Winglies are losing magical power and all species are facing devolution. He believes the last species to fall from the tree, the 108th Species, will lead to a regeneration of the world. Count 108 years and when the Moon That Never Sets glares red, the Moon Child descends to the earth and shall give a holy blessing to the world. Lloyd says that the Moon Child is the last species. It is the god that gives holy bliss to the world. The Moon Items were part of a sealing of the 108th Species the Winglies did and are the key to dissolving the seal.
