Like the other ones won't even come out publically and are just hiding behind Manchin, but we know from the article Tony posted a while back that there are only 40 democratic votes for ending the filibuster. You can sort of figure out who these dems are based on past votes and it has to be people like Coons/Carper/Feinstein/etc. In the current set up, nothing will happen Manchin is impervious to bullying, and Sinema seems to not care either.
