This is a joke right? Do you know anything about the cartels? Like, at all? The cartels use fucking submarines to smuggle drugs into America, do you honestly think they don't have access to mortars and RPGs? The cartels are worth billions of dollars. By some estimates they are worth more then the entirety of Afganistan itself. Any weapon the taliban has the cartels have better. And more of them. The cartels are fighting the Mexican military, and winning.
