In my eyes, the loss of the old school legends proved detrimental to the season, and the storytelling fell into the modern predictability with the excess advantages clouding the actual goings-on of the game. Also Edge of Extinction was too much of an edit hog. Pre-merge... you had those great personalities and epic stuff like the Robfather's mass bag-emptying scene, Yul's story about Penner's wife (RIP), and Parvati wanting to know if she was being Punk'd. I will say that the jury mobbing Probst after the loved ones visit was pretty awesome though.
