Apparently, this RPG-themed Happy Around banner was tied to a whole event in the JP version, but now because the banner has been released in the global version by itself with no event, it seems like they're skipping that event entirely to try and catch up to JP sooner. That isn't a big deal in and of itself, but the thing that people are upset about is that the Muni in this banner was originally the event freebie that you didn't need to roll for, but now she's behind a gacha banner (and a limited one at that) in Global. She's only a 3-star, so pulling her if you really want her (probably) wouldn't be that tough.
