The SpaceX and Blue Origin situation are their own, fully in-house space teams, and the Federal government is essentially giving them a massive rebate for their existing costs, that doesnt even include giving NASA spacecraft, thats a separate additional cost of who knows how much. Basically, the billionaire space guys get to fuck around on a space program, get their money back, AND get paid. --- Phantom Dust.
