The thing with streaming is that you can watch it whenever, you don't need to watch it right when it comes on or wait for a rerun

And most of those tv programs were also available on streaming, the 11-20m initial view for a tv show was likely much higher. However, the point Judg was making wasn't strictly the format these things were being viewed on, but the programming in general.
