After they're 5* mote dived and get their legend materia 2 that starts them with haste and 3 instant casts. You can equip them with the battleforged or ace striker record materia and they can generate a lot of meter with wrath and entrust. You can get Yda in sync very early and entrust Deuce so she keeps up quickcasts and heals for the party.
