No one interacts anymore because its simply not worth the risk of accidentally somehow saying something that can be interpreted by one person some way as offensive. Like its literally JUST sports and the weather being discussed in the 30 seconds before a meeting starts and thats it. So yeah no ones gonna say anything offensive, hooray, but were all dead inside. idgaf I speak my mind at work.
