Its the ultimate cancel, but now you got a place where people are scared to talk, thats not especially in America youre scared to talk, but thats what people want, you gotta make adjustments and, you know, lets do it.

He's talking about boring shows that are afraid to take risks with material and not get picked up, not getting canceled. Learn to read.
