The public health unit has an API you can scrape and 200 slots became available before they announced publically. Managed to get my brother a couple cousins and some co-workers signed up before they filled up. Pretty sad that you need to have the knowledge to look these things up in order to guarantee a booking, but at least me and my wife can get our shots and not have to worry about things for a while. --- Props to azuarc, the current Guru of the Decade.
