The following countries compete and vote in Semi 1: Lithuania, Slovenia, Russia, Sweden, Australia, North Macedonia, Ireland, Cyprus, Norway, Croatia, Belgium, Israel, Romania, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Malta. Germany (Big 5), Italy (Big 5) and the Netherlands (the host country) are also voting tonight and preview clips will be shown of their performances.
