Well, we have proof of vaccines literally sitting in warehouses because the Trump admin didn't actually give instructions on where to send them to, so Pfizer and co. were just like "Uh, we have 'em but..." And then we have proof that the "federal supply" that was supposedly being saved for second doses/etc. was a lie and literally didn't exist. It was a mess. I'm not saying this to praise Biden, specifically.
