There's also the fact that finishing six has incredibly low odds of falling all the way to 10 and at least a 90% chance of drafting in the top eight. And even if the 5th pick has more trade value this is a very deep draft and a lot of teams are going to be pretty satisfied with who they get in the top 15. So there's not going to be a lot of teams desperate to move up.
