Yeah as a Magic fan I can comment on this.

3rd in lotto has a 66.9% chance of a Top 5 pick
4th in lotto has a 52.5% chance of a Top 5 pick
5th in lotto has a 47.1% chance of a Top 5 pick

OKCs 4/5 split will be decided via coin flip.

And this is seen as a 5 person class (granted the next bunch isn't bad either) so it's the drop off in top 5 chance rather than top 4 chance that is the concern.

It's why the Pistons blatantly throwing the end of the game against the Magic was huge. The difference in their top 5 odds went from 66.9% to 79.9% due to that 1 result.
