Company stocks are risky. So far, I've made money on ETFs and lost it on companies. Only a few of my company picks have been good: AMC, ACI, and T. The only ETF I actually lost money on was QQQJ and that's because it's volatile and I sold most of it for gains already. For a time, I also lost money on QQQ, bought the dip, and made good money from successfully timing the market to sell near the top.
