Everything from his odd murder pose/Seance to him actually being the Rebel Hunter hunting down the Inmees is just wild. Add in Tahrust, who is probably the most likable and fully realized one-time-use victims, and it's an easy vote. Honestly, all of these victims are pretty good. Each victim here adds some dimension of character and an interesting twist to the case.
