I fell behind on my training block so I kinda had to repeat some things. I didn't lose too much progress though. I still managed to hit the same numbers I did the first week of this block - 147.5 x 4 - squats 112.5 x 4 - bench 187.5 x 4 - deadlift Bunch of accessory work afterwards --- Sometimes, I just can't help it. ...
