Actually I think Pendulum's are considered super bad right now anyway. I haven't seen a single person use one yet. My issue is the negates. So much of the game now is just stopping your opponent from playing the game. One I hate in particular is Red Eyes Dark Dragoon. He can't be destroyed by Spells, Traps or Effects. Nor can he be targeted by them, plus he can auto destroy 2 monsters, plus he can cancel other monster effects while gaining attack. Oh and he's super easy to bring out.
