Like don't get me wrong I'm not gonna chip in $200/mo so some bored retired jackasses can try and fine me for dumb shit like in the OP. But there are ones I would accept, like ones where your money actually goes to something tangible, like tennis courts or a neighborhood pool or something. And there are ones that do have rules about noise.
