It seems like Israel is almost entirely supported by US Christian evangelicals that are ignorant of actual history Those Christians support Israel because they see the existence of Israel as being a prerequisite for the return of Jesus. The US government has a secular interest in Israel as the nation basically functions as a massive military base for the USA. Oh, also... there's overlap with these groups, but some anti-semites support Israel for a few reasons I'll highlight. * They like ethnostates and authoritarianism.
