| Calwings 05/12/21 4:39:51 PM #36: | As of today, I've officially started watching what would be (when/if I finish it) the longest anime that I've ever watched on my own time: Major. https://myanimelist.net/anime/627/Major_S1 It goes for 6 seasons and 154 episodes, followed by a next-generation sequel series for another 2 seasons and 50 episodes. The longest anime that I've ever watched on my own (AKA that I didn't watch as it aired) is Shakugan No Shana at 76 episodes, and Major is more than twice that length even if I don't include the sequel series. I know other people here have probably binge-watched longer series than that, but for me, a series with 150+ episodes like this is a huge undertaking that I've never done before, especially for a show that doesn't have an English dub. But if any series can hold my interest and keep me watching for that many episodes, it's a highly-rated and well-respected baseball anime like Major.
