This is a very dishonest comparison, even ignoring the oversimplification of the arguments of those who recognize the complexity of this issue. The Black Lives Matter movement never intended to imply that the lives of other races dont matter. On the other hand, the right for either Israel or Palestine to exist is a big part of this entire issue. The people that question either nations right to exist are extremists, but they represent a significant number of people on either side. The comparison is that in both cases, one party is the oppressor, and one party is oppressed. Israel is literally doing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, and people are going "but Palestinians fighting back is bad too". It's devoid of any acknowledgment of the current power dynamic.
