What do you like about it
I find that there are enough sketches every episode that I find funny. Some episodes have a bunch, some episodes have a few. I rarely, if ever, find an episode with no redeeming sketches. And this has been the case forever. Even going back to the years with the "best casts", every episode had some stinkers. I largely disagree with the idea that the current cast is bad; I think it's filled with capable comedic talent - and usually is. Whether that talent is utilized to the utmost, by the writers is another thing entirely.

Another thing is I don't need something to be LOL funny to deem it worthy of my time. When I'm watching stuff like this, I'll settle for mild amusement. Just don't waste my time. Also, I spent some (very little) time in the comedy scene years ago, so I can appreciate the behind the scenes machinations that go into these sketches. Like, for this Wario sketch, while I watch it I think about the research that went into it, making sure everyone got their costumes right, making Elon do that walk 15 times during rehearsals - things like that alone I find entertaining, even if all the jokes don't land.

Comedy is largely subjective though, so I can't fault anyone for not liking the sketches I find hilarious.
