| Xavier_On_High 05/12/21 10:08:00 AM #7: | When I was a manager in retail, having to plan a month of rotas in advance was made all the more difficult by the fact that employees were only required to give two weeks notice before taking time off, so actually covering that time off was almost always difficult. That said, I never resented anyone for it. I had no real allegiance to the company, and I don't have a work ethic that puts my job first, so meh. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
