It ramps up from +10% to +50% over five casts, and it stacks with everything. Or as was mentioned above, Ode to Victory, which boosts crit rate instead but has the same ramp-up. The downside is, they wear off after only like 10 seconds, so you need to remember to refresh them every 2-3 turns. Magical parties want Allegro con Moto, the 6* Bard ability, but you'll need 15 Bard Motes to get it. --- I don't like this duchy.
